PROVERBS

Chinese:  Yu4 bang4 xiang1 zheng1, yu2 weng1 de2 li4 (As a snipe and a clam are entangled in a fight, a fisherman catches them both.) When two dogs fight for a bone, a third runs away with it. The proverb tells us that all parties in a dispute may end up being losers to the benefit of others.

Spanish: Dime con quién andas y te diré quién eres. (Tell me who you hang out with and I'll tell you who you are.). Our friends have great influence on us.

Turkish: Her yiğitin bir yoğurt yeyişi vardır. (Every man has his own style of eating yogurt.) This reminds us that others may have a different way of doing things, and we must be tolerant.

"Almost" and "about" prevent lying.
